Mr. Nishio holds a degree in Pharmacy from Kanazawa University. He worked as a pharmacist at the Red Cross Blood Center from 1979 to 1996, and qualified as a patent attorney in October 1996. After joining Hiroe & Associates and furthering his training, he gained practical experience at his own patent office. He rejoined Hiroe & Associates in October 2025 after the closing of his own firm. He specializes in pharmaceutics, chemistry and bioscience, and has over 29 years of experience as a patent attorney.
